Tickets can be purchased from 24 April at the info counter in the Lagerhalle Osnabrück. Individual tickets for the exhibition in the Kunsthalle Osnabrück are available at their info counter.

Reduced ticket prices apply for pupils, students and people with a disabled ID pass.

Children and young people up to the age of 18, Osnabrück trainees, pupils and students from Osnabrück University and University of Applied Sciences have free admission to the Kunsthalle.

Further discounts are available for holders of the Osnabrück Pass and of KUKUK Card (admission: €1).

Accreditations

The accreditation gives free access to all film programmes, exhibitions, performances and talks. The accreditation fee of €35 (including festival catalogue) is to be paid at the Info Counter of the festival (in the Lagerhalle, Rolandsmauer 26), after your arrival. Please attach a photo (only jpg, png). Deadline: 19 April 2024.

Special student accreditations are available until 19 April 2024. The reduced accreditation fee of €20 includes a festival pass and catalogue. Please attach a copy of your student ID and a photo.

Visitor information

Hotels / Accomodation

By request, the festival / EMAF can arrange a room reservation in one of its partner hotels. The hotel room rates are based on special festival conditions and have to be paid by the guests. Please keep in mind that any reservation is subject to availability in the hotel at the time of booking.

Separate conditions apply to invited participants (artists, filmmakers, speakers).

If you wish to make a reservation, please fill in the relevant field of the accreditation form. The deadline for hotel reservations is 05 April 2024. Should the application not be received by this date or the form is not completely filled out, a reservation cannot be guaranteed. Cancellations also have to be made by 05 April 2024. After the expiry of the deadline, the reservation becomes obligatory and the costs for the cancellation are payable by the guest.

Mediation

During the festival, the EMAF offers free guided tours of the EMAF exhibition in the Kunsthalle Osnabrück every day. All participants are kindly requested to register in advance by e-mail. These guided tours will be held in German. The duration of the guided tours is approx. 1 hour.

Thursday - Saturday: daily 12:00, 15:00, 18:00
Sunday: 16:00

Our trained agents also guide groups (up to 20 persons max.) through the exhibition. For school classes there are special offers and special conditions.
