In Spoiler, found footage is assembled to create an eerie yet humorous espionage thriller. The footage is taken by model helicopter pilots who document their flying skills and present them online. While these small helicopters suggest a certain playfulness, their manoeuvres unintentionally grant insight into private territories. Personal life details are revealed in an alarmingly reckless way, giving the work an invasive, documentary character. At the same time, the patrolling helicopters evoke militaristic and dystopian associations.
