Ocean Hill Drive examines the phenomenon of “shadow flicker” as it occurs near Boston, where a wind turbine has been situated too close to a settlement. Pulsating shadow forces its way into the domestic sphere of these private homes, effecting a hypnotic interruption of everyday perception. The social and psychological harmony of the neighbourhood is increasingly threatened. The voice-over is made up of original statements from residents.
